Kitchen Design – After visiting many Kitchen Providers.  I reached to I-KOOK. My first interaction with Awinash Bandhoe (Den Haag) made immediate difference with all previously visited vendors. Very talented and dedicated person to help customers. I am amazed with his suggestions and design skills and within a 30 minutes discussion he was able to provide me a design which I was searching from other vendors earlier. Computer design measurements were also validated by Awinash after visiting home which end up with nice kitchen.

Kitchen Quality – Germany made kitchen always exceed quality expectation, same applies to I-KOOK Kitchen. After using 1 month, I can safely say it’s a good choice.

Company Maturity Model – Solving customer’s need Proactively is not there, as a customer you have to follow up for your questions/delivery. My kitchen delivery was delayed by 5 days, but no proactive communication made by Operation department. I am lucky to get Awinash who helped me through out and coordinating the entire process internally till I received the Kitchen.

After support – I am using since 1 month, hence yet to assess the quality of service (after support).

To summarize – I strongly recommend I-KOOK as my overall experience mostly satisfactory. If you are visiting Den Haag, try to get hold of Awinash for getting your dream kitchen designed.
