It took us very long time to find a kitchen supplier who can deliver what we want at a reasonable price — thanks to Kees and Matthijs at i-Kook we finally got our dream kitchen! Also thanks for you guys’ patience to explain everything to me in English, and spending time with me to find the appliances for our needs, not just for the selling price. As their customer, they don’t push you to sign contract right away, you only say yes to their offer when you are 100% happy with it. Can’t remember how many times we went back to discuss details with Kees and Matthijs before we finally signed the contract. They also give us good suggestion to complete our design.

Since we live on the top floor in an apartment without elevator, I-KOOK managed to deliver all parts with a professional lift they put outside the building. The delivery was smooth without any trouble. We are also satisfied with the installation company, even though our composite counter was measured a bit too long for the production, they were able to fit it perfectly upon installation. A missing part was sent to us later and one of the technicians also came by to get it done within 10 minutes.

The only thing we didn’t order is the backsplash, for the rest we are very happy and satisfied with our new kitchen. 🙂
