"A beautiful kitchen!"

We had a beautiful kitchen installed by I-KOOK Almere! What we experienced positively with I-KOOK is that from day 1 until the last day of delivery they always responded immediately. Even after signing the offer they keep thinking with you if adjustments are needed and if problems arise during installation. The communication between customer, fitter, salesman, planner is all very well coordinated. With us there were some obstacles to overcome but then they were all solved by the good communication. So I-KOOK Almere also does not run away from problems but is a very reliable kitchen supplier. Tristan de Ruiter guided us very well in the whole process and also Leon Schulp always responded immediately. Ben van Roshum of I-KOOK also helped design our kitchen. Assembler Davey is also highly recommended and professional. Great cooperation from everyone. We have a beautiful kitchen see picture!

"Very happy with the new kitchen!"

We recently bought our kitchen at I-KOOK Almere and were helped very well by Tristan de Ruiter. We wanted a kitchen island but had limited space. Together we came to an agreement and now we have a beautiful kitchen with an island. The drawings of the space made by Tristan are very close to the situation as it is now. We are very happy with it!

For the purchase of our new kitchen we decided to inquire at I-KOOK Almere. At our first visit we were enthusiastically welcomed by Leon. The first impression gave us immediately a good feeling, so the decision to come back was quickly made. Tristan de Ruiter then took ample time for us to make a plan together to use the space in the kitchen as efficiently as possible. We had the kitchen assembled by a contractor of our own choosing, he was unable to complete the kitchen due to circumstances. Tristan then arranged for a technician from I-KOOK to finish assembling the kitchen. Arne did not only finish the kitchen, but also fixed some mistakes of our own contractor. Communication, keeping appointments and aftercare is just as important as help with kitchen design. We are more than satisfied with all of this.

"We are super happy with the layout."

This is our second kitchen and again with Tristan.
Tristan dares to speak out if he doesn't feel good about the layout of the kitchen, our layout turned out to be not practical at all afterwards. Tristan wanted to see the space for the kitchen himself and came by to do so. A 2nd visit followed at Tristan's showroom to discuss the new layout Tristan had come up with. Time was again taken and everything was discussed in detail. We were pleasantly surprised with the new layout. The space is better utilized and especially much more practical. My wish for a coffee corner was taken into account and has become even better. Tristan is easy to reach by email, responds quickly this also applies to telephone contact. We are very happy that we went to Tristan again and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Tristan for your honesty and patience. We are super happy with the layout that surprised us after your adjustment.
