ISPA Vastgoed is an independent and creative real estate organization that develops and realizes innovative housing projects at its own risk and in cooperation with municipalities and market parties. In just a few years ISPA Vastgoed has grown into a leading project developer that develops large-scale new construction projects based on social awareness and makes housing available to a broad target group. New housing projects are initiated continuously and valuable living environments are created.

What does ISPA Real Estate do?

ISPA Realty develops residential construction projects in Flevoland. Our customers are private individuals who buy our newly built homes. Our office is located in Almere.

How did the partnership with I-KOOK come about?

For our first project, now five years ago, we were looking for a supplier. We had a number of requirements. We wanted this party to be local, i.e. from the same region as our projects, which we carry out mainly in Flevoland. Because we sell many starter homes, we also wanted a low-threshold partner. That is, low entry level in terms of price range, but with good quality and a wide choice.

We considered several vendors. For our target group it also has to be approachable. When they come in, they have to feel that they can look around quietly and nothing is forced upon them. At I-KOOK they are not waiting for you in a tie and are not pushy. That was the deciding factor for us. And what is important for me personally: reliability. I need to be sure that the kitchens are delivered at the right time and in the right way. Of course, you only gain that experience after doing a project together.

What does your collaboration look like?

Customers can purchase a complete package from us, which includes a kitchen. In starter homes, often apartments, some 70% opt for a complete package. The kitchen is designed in collaboration with I-KOOK. Henry Hoen, kitchen coach at I-KOOKOOK, has been our contact from the start. The buyers go to the showroom, where they discuss their personal wishes with Henry. We also have a standard template, for example a straight block, but if the client wants an island, that is also possible. Sometimes there is an additional cost for that, but it is always very transparent.

Henry further agrees with the builder on the piping schedules and orders the kitchens. We indicate when the delivery is and he makes sure the kitchens are delivered on time. After the delivery, there are always some points that are not right and they are solved immediately. In this way, we now have a cooperation that is familiar to us and runs smoothly.

Are you satisfied?

Henry and his team can move quickly. Sometimes you play with problems and things need to be fixed. Then you have a hotline. That all goes well. Henry is very practical and well organized. Our cooperation is now a well-oiled process.

If everything goes as you had thought of beforehand, you don't need to intervene either. It's all about the moments when things go wrong. Sometimes there is a complaint about the delivery, but it is always resolved and the customer is always left feeling satisfied with the kitchen. I have never had dissatisfied end customers.
