What exactly does Daelmans Vastgoed do?

Family-owned Daelmans Realty is a fairly large private real estate investor and has been around since 1982. We have houses for sale and rent, as well as stores and offices throughout the country. I myself am responsible for the management of the Owners' Associations and technical management. I deal with the somewhat larger renovations.

How far back does the partnership with I-KOOK go?

The partnership goes back a long time, some ten years. A relation of Mr. Daelmans, the founder of this company, once tipped him off and said, "If you need kitchens, you should get in touch with Roger Bor of I-KOOK, he's a good guy and you can do good business with him. That's how that came about. I-KOOK supplied the first kitchens at new construction homes we had built in Helden. That was the first project.

The collaboration has existed for 10 years

Is I-KOOK your only supplier?

When it involves multiple kitchens within a project, we normally always ask I-KOOK. But it sometimes depends on the type of project. Sometimes we ask for several quotations. This involves price, of course, but also other aspects. Like with whom can we plan the easiest. And we're also looking for a bit of flexibility. All those things count. For example, we work with another company that occasionally installs a kitchen when we build an apartment. We then also have that company take care of all other things during the remodel, such as gas, water, light and other connections. I-KOOK, of course, only does kitchens.

So what sets I-KOOK apart from others?

The uniqueness of I-KOOK is the people's approach. A bit like 'us Limburgers among ourselves'. They are always very approachable and easy to approach, you can always walk in and there is never anything too much or too difficult. They think along with you. They are also willing to think along even before they are sure that the order will actually come to them. It's just very pleasant to sit at the table with these people, but it's not for nothing that we have been working together for so long. We can always call on them. Even if something happens afterwards, it is always dealt with in an excellent way. That is very important.
